Michael brings over 20 years of experience in Managed IT Services to his role as Service Manager at Haycor. He leads our support team with a calm, steady approach—making sure client issues are handled quickly, thoroughly, and with a high standard of care.

He’s a big believer in the “IT as a Service” model and uses ITIL principles and best practices to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. From daily team operations to escalated client needs, Michael keeps everything on track and aligned with what matters most to our clients: reliable, business-focused IT support.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending summers at the cottage with his wife, son, daughter, and their dog. His spare time is filled with hands-on hobbies like woodworking, 3D printing, gaming, and even sewing.
