We switched to Haycor roughly a year ago and weren't sure if moving to an MSP (Managed Service Provider) would be a good idea. Best decision we've made in terms of solving our IT issues. Makes so much sense to be pro-active with your network rather than the way we were doing it which is reactive (call for support when you have a problem). Haycor implemented a ticket system, a backup system, firewall, mesh wifi and new servers...very happy with their solutions and their support! Highly recommend Haycor - great team to work with.
