Is Haycor a Microsoft partner?
Yes. Haycor Computer Solutions is a Microsoft partner. We set up, secure and support Microsoft 365 for businesses in Vaughan, Mississauga, Toronto, Markham and the wider GTA, and across Canada with remote support. That includes user setup, email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, and security settings such as multi-factor authentication and administrator access.
Where is our Microsoft 365 data stored?
For our Microsoft clients, Microsoft 365 data is kept in Canadian Microsoft data centres. If you also need servers or business applications hosted in Canada, Haycor Private Cloud runs in a GTA data centre and keeps all client data, including backups, in Canada. We can help you decide which workloads belong in Microsoft 365 and which belong on a private cloud.
Does Microsoft back up our Microsoft 365 data?
Not in the way most businesses expect. Microsoft keeps the service running, but that isn’t the same as a business-level backup. Accidental deletion, ransomware or a retention setting that’s wrong can still lose data. We set up separate, structured backup for Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, and we verify and test it.
How do you secure a Microsoft 365 account after a password is stolen?
We look for suspicious sign-ins, check whether multi-factor authentication was enforced, review mailbox rules attackers often add, reset access and check whether the attacker reached SharePoint, OneDrive or Teams. If you suspect a compromise, call support at 905-707-6775. Outside office hours, our after-hours team provides 24/7 technical support for critical issues.
How do we know if our Microsoft 365 setup needs a review?
